Consignor Agreement

In order to participate as a seller in the Wee-Cycle Kids Consignment Sale, you are asked to agree to the following terms:

 

1. Seller does not and will not hold Wee-Cycle Kids Consignment Sale, or the hosts, responsible in the unlikely event of a fire, flood, disaster, or any other case of loss including theft.

2. Seller agrees to review the CPSC website to determine that none of their items has been recalled.  www.cpsc.gov

 

3. Seller guarantees that they are not selling any car seat or car seat base that has been compromised in any way due to a car accident or other event. We do not accept car seats that are expired.

 

4. Seller agrees that the distribution of proceeds from the sale of each item will be as follows: All participants in the consignment sale will have a consignor registration fee of $8.00 for up to 150 items deducted BEFORE the appropriate percentage is calculated.  If a seller wants to bring more than 150 items they can pay another consignor fee for each increment of 150 items.  Consignors will receive 70% of their sales.

 

6. Item Refusal: Wee-Cycle Kids Consignment reserves the right to refuse any item during drop off. Wee-Cycle Kids Consignment also reserves the right to pull any item off the sales floor that does not meet their requirements.

 

7. Discount Option: Seller agrees that on the designated half-price day of the sale, all items with the Discount: Yes circled, will be discounted by 50 percent. The discount is completely optional and left to the discretion of the consignor while they create each tag.

 

8. Donate Option: Seller agrees that items marked with the Donate: Yes circled will be donated. Donate items will not be available for pick-up.

 

8. Pick Up Day: Seller agrees that ITEMS NOT PICKED UP by the end of the designated pick-up period will become the property of Wee-Cycle Kids Consignment to be donated to charity or any other sources that could benefit from them.

9. Changes:  All dates and times of the sale are tentative and are subject to change at the discretion of the hosts.
